1.  “Rethinking EurAsia Lecture Series (REAls 2020)This event invites students all over the world to participate in the international lecture series on ‘Popular Culture Made (in) Asia’ to stimulate academic discussion on the topic and deepen mutual understanding about and among European and Asian Community. The lecture series consists of 8 meetings with 14 world-renowned lecturers from 8 countries around Asia and Europe. This event will be held on:

Time   : 1.30 – 4.30 PM (Jakarta Time/GMT +7)

– international seminar participant: applicants can choose as many meetings and topics as they want that belong to their interest and they are not required to do the final assignment. They will also get a certificate as a proof of their attendance in the meeting.

*Nb: Please note that the English Proficiency Certificate stated in the poster is not compulsory as long as the students have a good command of English.

2. UM International Festival (UM iFest) 2020

UM iFest invites international fellows (non-Indonesian) and UM iCamp alumni to explore Indonesian languages, cultures, and tourisms through international virtual workshops and competitions. The workshops will be held for 5 days with 5 different exciting topics. Following the online workshop, students could also participate in various online competitions to challenge students’ creativity. The 2020 SMART 2.0 Challenge will incorporate student input concerning how best to improve distance learning and will focus on the following:

– Identify up to five (5) important problems being widely experienced by distance leaners

–  Develop innovative solutions to overcome these problems

The main objectives are to initiate changes that can help our students and future generations to have better distance learning experiences. And we are very happy to say, even during these difficult times, that our students can still participate in the 2020 SMART 2.0 Challenge virtually and further develop their talents.

The SUT-IVCST 2020 is a free conference organized by Suranaree University of Technology (SUT) to be held on 28th August 2020 both as a physical event at SUT campus in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand and as a virtual event on Zoom web conferencing platform.

The SUT-IVCST 2020 conference will be a melting pot of participants from academia, industry, and research and development organizations to discuss, share and exchange experience and ideas related to state-of-the-art engineering, science and technologies. This year’s conference features  industrial panel sessions, keynote speeches and paper presentations. Please refer to the Call for Papers or visit the IVCST 2020 website, http://ivcst.sut.ac.th/2020/ for details on submission types, submission process, and important dates.

The conference organizing committee invites prospective authors to submit original contributions in all areas related to science and technology, including, but not limited to, the following:

• Engineering and Technology
• Physical and Life Sciences
• Health Science
• Agricultural Technology
• Humanities and Social Sciences

Selected full papers will be accepted for presentation at the conference after a rigorous review by the Program Committee.
