Division of Planning is a role model for a strategic planning unit of a higher education institution in Thailand.
Objectives
1. To prepare high-quality development plans at all levels for SUT, which can be a model for strategic planning for higher education institutions in Thailand
2. To enable SUT’s financial budgeting to be a key mechanism to drive strategic development of the university
3. To provide SUT with quality data and information that support its management, administration, and decision making
4. To support the operation of the Division to reach its maximum potential and capacity

2. SUT’s financial budgeting can clearly drive SUT’s strategic development and bring about concrete outcomes.
3. SUT’s institutional research is highly recognised by the society.
