Key responsibilities of the General Administration Section

1. Sending, registering, and storing official documents
2. Drafting official documents
3. Handling expense clearing and managing office supplies
4. Handling staff’s requests for a leave
5. Preparing meeting documents, and arranging and supporting the meetings of the Division
6. Serving as a central typing and photocopying unit
7. Coordinating with other units inside and outside the Division
8. Other assigned tasks

Key responsibilities of the Budget Analysis Section

1. Preparing the annual budget request to the government
2. Preparing the amendment and increase requests
3. Preparing the clarification for the parliamentary committee on annual budget
4. Making the annual financial budgeting for SUT
5. Monitoring the budget execution of SUT
6. Preparing SUT’s annual operation and budget execution report for the Bureau of the Budget
7. Other assigned tasks

Key responsibilities of the Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Section

1. Preparing SUT’s development plans (the 5-year and 10-year plans)
2. Preparing SUT’s yearly operational plans
3. Preparing the monitoring and evaluation reports on SUT’s operation following the yearly operational plans
4. Implementing the monitoring and evaluation system
5. Preparing SUT’s annual reports to promote its output and outcomes
6. Other assigned tasks

Key responsibilities of the Institutional Research and Information Section

1. Collecting, studying, and analysing the data on various issues for the results that can support SUT’s planning, classifying statistical data, and providing the data for other units both inside and outside SUT
2. Preparing institutional research reports as assigned by the SUT to support the administrators’ decision making
3. Coordinating with internal and external units on institutional research and information
4. Developing and implementing data bank system and information processing system for planning and decision making
5. Serving as SUT’s central information unit for management and administration
6. Studying and preparing SUT’s data for university world rankings
7. Overseeing the Project-Based Management (PBM) monitoring and evaluation system
8. Overseeing SUT’s knowledge management and risk management work
9. Other assigned tasks
