Education

  • Ph.D. (Physiology and Molecular Genetics), Blaise Pascal University, France
  • Master of Science and Technology(Agriculture – Agri-Food), Montpellier SupAgro, France
  • M.Sc. (Agricultural Development), University of Copenhagen, Denmark
  • B.Sc. (Agriculture), Kasetsart University Kamphaeng Saen Campus, Thailand

Area of Expertise

  • Crop production is threatened by abiotic and biotic stresses, particularly, with environmental fluctuations caused by climate changes. Responses of the plant to these stresses are complex and  involve numerous physiological processes. To sustain and improve yields, it is necessary to understand how plants respond to the stresses and to apply the knowledge for stress tolerance screening and crop production management
  • Plant physiology, Stress physiology, Plant-water relation, Plant growth regulators

Current Research

  • Effects of plant vaccine (BIG®) and organic fertilizer (Aom-Paech®) on production efficiency of cassava.
  • Effects of water deficits from a different stage of growth on the yield of cherry tomato CV. CH154
  • Use of plant growth regulators promoting yield and starch quality of cassava (Manihot esculanta Crantz)
