Center for International Affairs is under the supervision of the Vice rector of Academic Affairs and Internationalization, which has director and deputy director as center administrator. On February 23rd, 2019, the university council has approved to have organization restructure, divided into 4 divisions, consist of 2 general administrative officers in the general administration division, 2 general administrative officers in International collaboration division, 1 general administrative officers in Student services and Curriculum, 1 general administrative officers in Foreign language study development and support division, 1 clerk, and the committees that supervise the Center in keeping with university plan and policy with good governance.

ศูนย์กิจการนานาชาติอยู่ภายใต้การกำกับดูแลของรองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิชาการและพัฒนาความเป็นสากล มีผู้อำนวยการและรองผู้อำนวยการเป็นผู้บริหารหน่วยงาน เมื่อวันที่ 23 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2562 สภามหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสุรนารี มีมติเห็นชอบการปรับโครงสร้างองค์กรออกเป็น 4 ฝ่าย โดยมีเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารงานทั่วไปในฝ่ายบริหารงานทั่วไปจำนวน 2 คน เจ้าหน้าที่บริหารงานทั่วไปในฝ่ายบริหารความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศจำนวน 2 คน เจ้าหน้าที่บริหารงานทั่วไปในฝ่ายบริการนักศึกษาและหลักสูตรจำนวน 1 คน เจ้าหน้าที่บริหารงานทั่วไปในฝ่ายพัฒนาและสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ภาษาต่างประเทศจำนวน 1 คน พนักงานธุรการ 1 คน และมีคณะกรรมการประจำศูนย์ฯ กำกับ ดูแล การดำเนินงานของศูนย์ฯ ให้เป็นไปตามแผนและนโยบายของมหาวิทยาลัยอย่างมีธรรมาภิบาล
